Candidates who want to apply online can visit the official website of Staff Selection Commission. Steps to fill the online application form are-
Candidates who want to fill application form offline have to download the form first from the official website of SSC. After downloading the form, candidates are required to take its print out. However, aspirant must fill the application form properly and in neat handwriting. No over-writing, scribbling or cutting should be done in it. After filling the form, candidates have to send it along with photocopies of all certificates to the address mentioned in the website.
Please Note- Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will not accept any form after the due date.
MTS 2015 Application Form Fees-
Candidates who fall in general/unreserved category have to pay the fee of Rs. 100. On the other hand, female candidates or candidates from SC/ST/PwD categories will be exempted from the payment of fees.

Eligibility Details-
Candidate must have passed matriculation or equivalent examination from reputed college/university.
The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 25 years as on January 1, 2015.
Applicant should be citizen of India or subject of Nepal, Bhutan or Tibetan refugee who has permanently settled in India before 1st January 1962.
